By accessing or using RedactFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RedactFlow provides AI-powered video redaction services including automated PII detection, blur/redaction application, compliance report generation, and video export. The Service is provided "as is" and we continuously improve detection accuracy.
You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free trial account.
You agree not to use the Service to process content you do not have rights to, attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing, reverse engineer or copy the Service, use the Service for any illegal purpose, or share your account credentials with unauthorized users.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Overage charges are billed at the end of each billing cycle. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
The free trial provides 10 minutes of video processing for 14 days. No credit card is required. After the trial expires, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue processing videos. Your uploaded content is retained for 7 days after trial expiration.
You retain all rights to your video content. By uploading content, you grant RedactFlow a limited license to process it as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any content you upload.
RedactFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. AI-powered detection is not 100% accurate — you are responsible for reviewing results before use in legal or compliance contexts.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
