When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and company name. When you use our service, we collect video files you upload for processing, usage data (processing minutes, features used), and technical data (IP address, browser type, device information).
We use your information to provide and improve our video redaction service, process your video files for PII detection and redaction, send verification codes and account notifications, process payments and manage subscriptions, and comply with legal obligations.
Your video files are processed on secure GPU servers. Videos are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Processed videos are stored for the duration specified by your plan (7-90 days). We do not access, view, or share your video content except as required to provide the service. All PII detected in your videos is handled according to your redaction settings.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate RedactFlow (cloud infrastructure, payment processing), when required by law or legal process, and with your explicit consent.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Video files are automatically deleted based on your plan's retention period. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, export your data in a portable format, opt out of marketing communications, and request information about how your data is processed. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@redactflow.com.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, regular security audits, and compliance with SOC 2 standards. See our Security page for details.
